well hopefully its getting a full respray in iceburg silver, badboy bonnet, debadging, colour coding all round, and other little bits and bobs like resealing the sunroof, realigning the bonnet, replacing broken clips etc, gonna try and get some more pics next weekend!

they defo made a 1.1 clio (mk 1) cus my next door neighbour had one, but even a 1.2 should be pretty cheap on insurance.

haha, even if it did have a 4.5 v8 surpercharged engine (with nos) my dad still wouldnt drive it fast! it has a 1.3 16v engine, bit rattley but they are quite light cars. He pipped me off the lights one time when i was in my rt, off the lights it has the edge but after 50 mph the clio would pass...

to be fair, i would say it is quicker than an rt, but wouldnt handle as well, dont know where the limiter is, no rev counter, and no electric windows, or sunroof, or power steering....

have you got a seperate eqauliser or crossover, cus i know these can cause major interference! ive always run, power cable and remote live down drivers side (cus all the power cables for brakelights etc are on this side) and then R.C.A/speaker cables down passenger side. Never had interference...

neil at cliospares repaired a v6 worse than that, he had to jig it. looks mint now though.

you want to fix it to the metal floor or a false mdf one? best bet is an spray glue, you can get them from halfords and such for about a fiver, think Evil ice has got some for about 4 quid?

2k (thereabouts) but thats including full respray in iceburg silver, lots of bits colour coding, slight badboy bonnet, debadging, resealing sunroof, bit of rust sorting out and a few seals and clips that need replacing.

depends on the make but most now have a standard iso connector on the back of the radio, i know sony and kenwood have the standard not sure on the others.
