rick, i wanted to do that but i just cant get anything to fit in the gap to undo the srews holding the conectors in. how did you get round this?

well i had full respray in iceburg silver, debadging all round, fully colour coded bad boy bonnet, resealed sunroof, plus other bits and bobs, set me back £1800. i would imagine the bad boy and smoothing would cost about £150-£200

the alloys are a bit battered, courtesy of the previous owner, i was looking at getting some Speedline chronos or OZ F1 cups in Anthrisite grey, but everywhere i have been want nearly £800!! might have ti find another type of wheel i like.....

on the way to york.. i mean on my privite run way of course! i hit about 143-146, on a slight downhill, couldnt tell exactly cus the needle started bouncing, not cus of the limiter just an iffy needle i think.

jeez thats a rip off! i got a bearing for my valver, for £17 then got it fitted by our local mechanic friend for a tenner!

mines starting to crunch into reverse and first gear can be a little sticky sometimes, local mechanic friend said clutch is worn.

thinking about getting OZ F1 cup wheels for my valver, does anybody know if you can get them in 16"s and would they be much heavier than the standard phase II wheels? would i have any probs lowering on 16"s? here is a pic to see how they look :)...

someone told me its actually better to put them low (like in the footwells) and point them up! sound fine as they are to me, dont want them on show.

door speakers are daisy chained off the dash speakers, so the wires are connected from h/u to the dash speakers then door speakers are connected to the dash speakers.

it aint photoshopped! it needed spraying cus i had the two sides and bonnet sprayed cheaply and the paint had gone mank. also the laquer was peeling off the roof and bootlid, and a bit of rust showing through. the whole job cost £1800, thats including resealing the sunroof properly. all progress...
