Dont get too hung up on tyres. If they are budgets on it then they wont be the worst being yoko's. If you want to change the tyres you dont need to go for the michelins (marketed as made for the clio, whether they were is another story). Hankook do decent tyres for the 182 for example, around...

182 is better, has 10 more hp than the 172 :)

Tyres are yokohama, cant tell the model but shouldn't be too bad really. Why would tyres put you off the car?

Depends on the model, if you keep on top of it with regards to cleaning and protection they should be fine.
