    Matthew's Arctic Thread

Wheels look a lot different in colour, can tell a mile off :o You could get them done as CAS, the cheap place in bradford but i aren't keen on their anthracite colour. Its really bluey.

Tiny update for today. I was supposed to be doing a small service and fitting my dogbone mount bushes today but my uncle's pit is currently blocked by a stupid bed my cousin has ordered but not moved yet  Anyway, I still got around to getting on with some minor stuff, changed the air...

advise on uprated xenon headlight bulbs

In that case you need D2S lamps as stated. You can get them from as little as £20 for somewhere like www.hids-direct.co.uk Obviously more expensive one's should be better quality/last longer.

advise on uprated xenon headlight bulbs

Do you have xenon light units at the moment? Trophy didn't come with them as standard. If not i'm presuming you want uprated halogen lamps rather than xenon lamps.

What you been spending on? That car was awesome when Jamie had it, just needed a wheel refurb on one, and possibly a new steering wheel. Still a really nice example though :)

    French car show - 5th June 2011

Re: French car show 2011 Laura's from up that way, not sure if she'll go again this year though. I'm sure there will be a convoy again but you may have to join it at colton retail park or maybe even woodall services on the M1, not too far from you though :)

    Fitting mk3 steering onto mk2

No idea, its annoying though. But it does loosen up and start working properly after a while. I never had it on long enough for it to loosen up, but a certain highly regarded specialist on here said they are all stiff to start with but soon loosen up, and the guy who has mine confirmed this.

    Fitting mk3 steering onto mk2

Yeh, it doesn't feel right at first, pas doesn't auto return but after some miles it loosens up.
