i met a guy with a blue 16v at a petrol station, had a quick chat whilst filling up, now i see him every so often on the broadway in walsall (stuck in traffic) always give a quick wave.
at my old work place we had a couple of mondeo tds always floored them up to 5500 and never took my foot off the accellerator intill i had to stop! never seemed to do them any harm even with 175,000 miles on the clock.

i had the intellistart, on my clifford concept 300, so far its been back 9 times with it failing to work properly, once on the back of a recovery truck, they refused to give my money back, and its still not working now!!
could be depression in the road surface, there is a set of traffic lights by me and when breaking, it really pulls hard to the left cus the wheel is trying to follow the dip that the lorries etc have made in the surface.

i have a phase 2 clio16v and mine only shows the temp, i would see if it did actually overide the immobiliser but it has already been bypassed by my clifford alarm.

anyone been up tonite? abosolutly mad! tons and tons of top motors, saw quite a few clios, mainly mk1s, i saw 4 16v, 2 blue, 1 grey, 1 white, and 2 172s (i know the one) both in silver. police popped round occasionally to keep an eye on things, but didnt cause too much hassle.

if you look on the main page there is a buyers guide in the menu on the left, just look out for the usual things, rust, bodged paintwork etc, etc, ask if it has had cambelt change, very important, and ver expensive if it goes. price wise at a guess you are looking at £3200+ for a half decent one...
