The one odd caliper wasn't doing it for me.
Stripped
Repainted
And with all that, I'm pleased to say the knocking has gone! Cheap caliper was at fault all along.
It's driving so good now. Really pleased with where it is currently.

Took it for a slightly longer drive today, rather than up and down my street.
Bilsteins have really impressed me. Smoothed out the crashy ride. It's firm but not overly. Considering the fitment is how they came out the box (measured to check the fronts and rear were equal to each corner)...

Fitted a caliper I bought of @SKINTasPER earlier in the week. They ideally need a rebuild but I needed to see if I could solved the knock from the rear passenger caliper that's been haunting me for weeks now.

What order does the rear top mount go on?
This is what I thought:
But the kit came with...
Surprisingly difficult to find a decent OEM caliper but I have ordered a rebuilt one.
I did take off the caliper and refit to make sure it's not user error on my part but it does seem the sliders have minor lateral play. I say minor but this video does make it look bad, which it is.
Lesson...
I secured the bias valve up with cable ties and it did sweet FA.
Spurred in my the advice above from all especially @Brigsy I started snooping at the rear calipers.
Now, I have check these and the bolts were tight.
However:
This is a reproduction caliper as the original was leaking...
As this seems to be the 'most recently active' compensator thread.
I seem to have a knock coming from mine when lightly pressing the brake pedal when approaching a junction etc.
How to I solve this as it sounds terrible from inside the cabin.
Although not ideal, I guess cable tying it up...
Noise was there and I assumed bearings so I replaced the discs and bearings. It's still there.
Pads look to be secured and giving the a tap (hand brake off) they're snug.
I'm positive it's the bias valve.
