Indeed, put a couple of hours in during the last few days lol. Although hopefully it will cut down on the PM's I get on the Mk1 forum and here about part numbers, sick to death of them!
After seeing an increase in threads regarding part number requests on here (and various other Renault forums I frequent on), and other threads only being updated every so often (http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?520938-Commonly-Requested-Part-Numbers), I decided to put together a...
Need a better code reader/diag tool or someone with an RSTuner, but I'm not sure whos got one round here..
Can Mark not drive it on his trade plates down the road and back for you?
F40 was parked up in the Paddock, was for sale too!
The XR2 is Jamie Rigby on here, its just sh*tty that he can't stay out for more than two 'flying laps' without overheating.
Nice pics, il put some of mine up in due course, got lots of the clio lot.
And a fair bit heavier, lol.
It seems really nice, although I cant really get along with the focus at the moment (with regards to the switch between 1.5m or 3m). It seems to make little difference with some shots, but others lots.
Also (It might just be me) the photos seem to be lacking...
Thanks for the info everyone - I had a play with it today @ Oulton Park, there has been a Porsche Club day on. Found it very easy to get used to, still need practice as always though!
I have borrowed one of the latest versions (IS USM) from a friend for a couple of weeks to try it out before I possibly consider buying one.
I have previously owned other L series lenses, although the only other telephoto was a 70-200mm F/4 L. It was a great lens, but I only ever used it on my...
July/Aug is best for Anglesey IMO, more chance of getting a good dry day. The rest of the time you can have the opposite ends of the scale day to day..
Oulton is becoming very pricey for what it is also, how some places can justify charging £250+ at the start of March is just something quite a...
Re: No Compromise ph1 ITB build (Fastcar, BTM, TDF, RS Fab) - ITB update p77
It took ages even with a blow torch really (one of the handheld jobbys). Probably 5-10 minutes of heating the rubber to get it to carry on burning by itself, by the time the flames died the bushes literally fell out...
Re: No Compromise ph1 ITB build (Fastcar, BTM, TDF, RS Fab) - ITB update p77
We just got the blowtorch out...
The rubber dropped out...
Then took the blade from a hacksaw, put it through the sleeve and reattached to hacksaw. Cut through the sleeve to release the pressure and it fell out...
Unfortunately not, but yeah it would be handy for other things ago.. When it started 'missfiring' I unplugged each injector in turn, after I had done all four it was back to running normal, which I guess is down to the connector (which would explain the intermittent behavior) or the injector...
It runs sweet, no bad noises, revs up great when its being 'normal' and really smooth. Just as it should... and as it did when Paul mapped it to 175bhp/162lbft not long ago)...
Randomly the problem will pop up, and then goes again minutes later after revving it a bit. The problem can be...
