It does look strangely high at the back for some reason... in both pics so it can't be the angle of the photo.
I'm betting it's got the wrong springs on the back.

The wheels you have on it now are gash.
If that's the case yours weren't hubcentric ones then, fact. You don't need extended wheel bolts ith hubcentric, so I don't know why you have that bit in bold.
