People are too soft sometimes. Go back to the garage, tell them you've cancelled the finance and hand them the keys because you believe they have sold you a clocked car. You will probably lose your £100, but thats a small price to pay.
The only thing that's likely to mean you can return the car is the changed clocks. The mileage is stored in the clocks, so you need to investigate why they were changed and when.
Your rev dial will be wrong too. The 172/182 clocks red line at 7250rpm

Its odd that the 200 wheel doesn't auto return, but the 197 wheel does. They may look the same, but the results suggest they're not.
I'll be getting a 197 wheel as it's been proven to work, and I prefer the red stiching.
