    16v can be had with everything you want but a bit of a shame to ditch the engine. Maybe if you get a real high miler with the lump at the end of its life. The fuel is regulated at 2.5 bar but this can be adjusted anyway quite easily, mine runs between 3 and 3.5 bar. There is very little space...

    laguna is ok if you wanna look like a sales rep. Theres no contest in my mind, it would have to be a Clio. Looks better, drives better, *is* better. But I suppose if you need the room for a baby seat or double glazing samples or something then get the Laguna! :D

    hehe yeah James, youre paint is so bad even a can of hammerite would spruce it up! Go and get it sprayed mate!

    I just had to order a new set cos my back one fell off - Im having Gone in 14 Seconds (Im in the sub 15 second 1/4 mile bracket for those of you who are still wondering...) Hopefully theyll leave a space next to the 14 so I can cross it out and put in 13 if I ever manage it!

    Williams head on 1.8

    Its definitely been done a few times the other way round, the 1.8 head seems to work very well with the 2.0 bottom end.

    Depends how mad you wanna go. Best way to go fast is just to totally strip the whole thing out and ditch the spare wheel. It makes a difference.

    I waver on 16v vs VTS, its down to the driver, but IMHO Willy vs VTS is no match at all. The Willy would cane a VTS off the line, off a rolling start, at the top end, whatever way you wanna play it the Willy is quicker. Plus the special Willy bonus is you aint gonna see your mum driving around...

    your car isnt lowered is it? If its too low at the back and then you accelerate and it squats this might affect the brake bias valve thingy and somehow make the handbrake light come on?
