Swapped over the washer jets for those Alfa mist ones and annoyed I havnt done it sooner! They're loads better and it's literally a 2 minute job to change. They've been sat in my parts pile for a while as I put it off thinking I had to remove sound deadening lol.
Actually clean the whole screen...
Struggling with solidworks cam to emco mill as unsure on the post processor to use and can't find anything online!
Anyone have any ideas? Takes the piss manually programming it. If anyone needs anything doing on solidworks let me know too.
Did you check the live data on the other map sensor?
I'm not sure how well mine holds idle below 2k.
What does it do when you try to hold the revs? Just drop to idle or does it stall?
Replaced the lambda with genuine Bosch and it seems to be graphing better?
Also mapped out the intake
Seems better with the new lambda, going to give it a proper drive tomorrow.
Swapping out lambda, top one is the one off the car precat (furthest away from wire brush)
Isn't this wrong? Looks like a generic cheapo lambda.
Bottom is the 'new' one (done like 400 miles off someone on the forum)
The actually electrical unit that rotates onto the bulb sometimes spins with the bulb itself. I had this pain. Was shite.
You have to rotate the bulb until it can then be pulled out of the electrical thing. (Don't know what it's called sorry)
Sprayed some brake cleaner around and made no change. Was thinking I'd fucked up the throttle body spraying it somehow but it's been like this a while tbh.
