Yep great roads be careful though that A534 has one of the highest crash records in the Uk as roads go.
I've sent you a Pm (hopefully) as I live just a bit further down the A41.
D2S is the bulb you want.
H7 is a normal bulb although oen is sues on the 172/182's
All 172's should (there has been at least one that wasn't sold with) be fitted ith xeons there expensive to replace and covered under normal warently as they should never realy fail.
If you look on...
Serice is a reasonbale price
Cam kit is about right
Pump about right
Sounds like there copycat parts but there cheaper than Renault so I wouldn't complain.
Wheel clyinders I take it they mean hub bearings? Can be cheaper to get second hand hubs but that no big thing.
Cat and fitting is...
Thats supply only and its an exchange as Daz said. Fitment depends who you go to your looking at about £250 to £400 with a new clutch (might as well change it IMO)
(for two wheels) Toe out 1,2' +-5'
Camber is -0 degrees 45' +-30' thatw with a dimention of 118mm.
To check your car you need to measure from the ground to the center of the wheel and then take away the distance from the ground to the bottom of the lowest point on the front subfrema (ie...
Yep its up in the lake district I think.
I forgot what I was told last time I was there it might have been £200 its expensive as some other places ie GDI and Rentech charge £140 or so but there a long way south. Plus its a Renault dealership not a small garage.
Just because your mates have crashed is it worth the risk? There a reason insurance is to high for you if you cannot afford to pay it well IMO you shouldn't use it.
I wouldn't do this insurance companies arn't stupid if you crash hey may look into who's driving it mostly and resude to pay out on claims.
Adrain Flux or CIS are good Tesco bigh be a bit expensive.
I'd definatly get your own policy if I were you/
To fit a 172 engine you need to decide how you want to go abouyt it. using the stock mounts the engine due to the intake mandfold sits to high so you have to have a custom bonnet making and I'm not sure they'd be enough space to see out with. If you want to have custom mounts that one way or...
Timing belt assuming your is a phace 3 should be every 70k.
I'm not sure how long I'd leave it in your case if you despiratly need the car get it chnaged else or drive it hard get it chnaged otherwise leave it till closer to 70k and if it breaks just get a new engine and fit it it on't be that...
5-40 although it depends what temp the oil is and hwo you drive maybe going to 0-30 is abetter or 15-50.
For most people Silkline pro 5-40 is a good oil.
Hum I'd be suprised at that although you can find bad Williams and some Williams are badged up fakes anyway.
Ktec sell a stiffer bottom mount though which is better.
There a good buyyes superb cars and spec for the money.
Renault can do it but they won't
You can cut/ uplug the black wire from the loom so the computer things there always belted in but the airbag will inflate differently if he crashes and it things he belted in if he's not.
Why not just take the easy option of wearing a belt? Its the law.
My mate keeps trying to convince me to get a 2.0 Corsa/Nova he realy raves about them so there must be somehting good plus they do look like sleepers
£6.5~7k your looking best look on the autotrader though see what about high milage for me wouldn't put me off the 72k/5yr service includes...
It does happen the bits in the seat need to be lubricated else they get tighter and strain the cable then either the cable brakes or the plastic breaks.
