Thats a bargin price anyway I was looking at £1.2k at 23.
Definatly get your own policy though many insurance companies are weary of this driving on parents insurance and will invalidate the plicy if you claim whn you crash as you would be the main driver.
Should be about £180 to £240 depends where you are.
There are specialsist Renault garages ie GDI and rentech though who do it for £130 near Cambridge or Portsmouth (I think).
Catch me on MSN.
But basically wait a second. e need to get them on a return policy so if they won't fit or I'm not happy trusting your life to a unacceptable loss of land you can get your money back in full.
I'd imagine this has come to late though. I'll be picking them up next week most...
There no real risk using a different oil but for your car a decient 5-40 is what you want .
However I'd just go and do a whole oil change. Its well worth it and not much effort.
Theres a German company who do it but its 210hp maximum and £5.8k fitted as its TUV approved. Its not that a good a kit as it doesn';t go internal loweing pistons etc.
Better spend £6k at Ktec or BB and get a turbocharged engine with 260~270hp. Or better still get a whole new engine (ie a VAG...
Those modifications sound very good but they won't add much to the value unless you find a realy dedicated person. Much better getting the uprated bits off and swopping for standard.
You should realy measure on a totally flat surface and set up measuring the distance from the center of the wheel to the ground and taking away the distance from the floor to the bottom of the sills by where you lift the car as this distance isn't going to chnage panels have gaps which can...
Renault dealers can supply you with part number (suppidly" some dealer let the side down though.
The software goes further than just part numbers though.
Maybe they had a car with less wear (brakes may have had some air in them etc) more grippy tyres who knows. The 182 pads for the first about 50% of there wear are less effective than the old 172 pads due to there chamfers the difference isn't huge though.
Try racecarsdirect.com or
http://www.rallycarsforsale.net
Otherwise try the eams (details availiable from the Renault cup race website).
There not cheap for somehting thats not road legal. Prices your looking at £7~20k depending on spec race history crashes etc.
You'll probably need a G clamp to push the piston back just remember very slowly if it takes you two minutes its better than a £150 bill for a new one including fitting.
Its easy to bleed the system with the right tools otherwise it take a bit longer.
When you open the bleed nipple and let the...
I'd think it is the disks. I'm sure regualar cleaning with 300's would help but its a hard setup. 2500's should be a lot better and regular cleaning will keep them clean i don't know how much care Evogone took with the car cleaning the wheels.
You could always go run 15's or something cheap and...
Martin_89 There is no K its a H error but the display doesn't show it very well.
MRBILLYUK - It sin't a huge diadnostic and any serious erros cannot be cleared so you won't get any more powe. Also any issues are logged in one of two points on the ECU (one of the erro locations can be...
Nope garages won't but you will notice the difference.
Yep you can get away but if you don't feel like doing the bleeding and buying the kit (£20 from Halfords for the good one) then go to a local garage and ask them to do it its much easier with the £280 setups they have and should only be...
I'm thinkng of a new engine. J3neds showing us the way use VAG power.
pmurray - I'm send you an email when I get the details of the other engine. How much info do you need though I know the VAG uses a completly different method of calculating boost (MAF) whereas the Clio uses boost temperature.
Ask Mike172sport as he found out what the part number for just the screen.
Its not noted on the Renault technical system as a seperate part to buy (the whole dashboard is but its listed as £300 or so) but since it has a Renault part number you can order just the surround.
£15 I think it was.
I did 10k or so on coilovers without any trouble.
There no probelmw ith coilover lore cleaning and proper rubber covers will help preserve them but there just like any damper.
Any idea which 30 amp fuse or where it was as this could give the clue away.
The large amount of smoke indicates massive overfueling so my guess is a fuel pump failure mayeb it going to earth or something.
Its a pain easyast way to find it is to reach up from beloe the car to the front end of the gearbox next to the radiator and you'll find a nut like the sump nut. The level is so that it is right on the edge of the screw so the only way to know its full is to try and top it up by getting fluid...
Press the trip milage reset button instead (in the middle of the dash at the bottom).
I cannot remember if I've tried this with my mates car which doesn't have a trip computer though.
