If it helps, I have a Kenwood headunit with Garmin navigation and bluetooth, as well as DVD, iPod and freeview (digital TV), but that's a bit more expensive.
I've got a set of Rotas to pick up on Saturday and the wheels on my car already. Run the tyres out on the Rotas (as they're better than my current ones), then put a set of Syrons on the rotas and run the current ones on the road again.
If you can get Chip to map your car, you're winning, but he does find it very tedious so doesn't do it often. Mike Woodford is just as good though, I'd go to him.
I'd have thought it would affect the bluetooth, but there are adapters which can get your stalk controls back.
If the bluetooth is part of the stereo, you could always get a headunit with bluetooth built in.
