    The trip is very accurate according to my calculation you just need to give it ages to settle down. I checked the amount of fuel I stuck in VS the amont the trip sad Id burned over 20k and it was accurate to 0.5%. It works off the ecu injection so it should be spot on accuracy wise.

    Numberplate have to be yellow at back and white at front. You an put logos on them so long as there are only small and dont obstruct the plate lettering. I cannot see anything wrong with your idea but Ive not ben on the site.

    The ecu adjust only if Knock etc is detected normal 95 Ron shouldnt knock so there shouldnt be an issue using normal fule. No one has proven 98 octane to be any quicker ina 172/182 as it just doesnt knock so knocking back the timing does need to occure ie less power.

    Stock disks and pads arnt bad plus you dont have to pay insurance companies extra for having them. 4 pots etc is the way to go but its more expensive than just a pads and disks change.

    182 multichanger for sale

    Yep it will fit any Clio Mk2. The cable alone is £67. Dead easy just plug it in and it works. The only thing is when you flick the two button from FMm to MW/LW to cd there than another option of CD changer. The button on the underside of the stearing wheel remote changes disks.

    The warently covers manurtacturing faults. I got mine chnaged under warently as it shouldnt wear its just poor qulaity materials which wear to quick. It will be done under warently its difficult to say why a stearing wheel shouldnt last 100k of driving so it it fails after 50k then its a defect...

    Heat shielding under clio bonnet

    Gold is the best material ie the Maclaren F1 and Carrera GT use it but obviously its uneconomical. Best idea is to look though the demon tweeks catalogue there load of stuff in there.

    166.6 HP at the fly. The French Hp is less than an UK HP. I know it sounds stupid its DIN vs whatever but thats what it works out as.

    Id be tempted by a £4.5~5k Mk1 172 or go the whole hog and but a Tropy. To be honest Im not 100% sure which way Id go but I think the Mk1 would win as Im cheap enough though a tropy wouldnt loose that much money if you get one cheap its still say £2.5k in a year the Mk1 would loose £1k.

    Hum Id been told its a race only usable box. Could you use it on a road going car (assuming it only did a few road miles Im not on about using it for 20k/yr maybe 5k max. Sorry Fred never fully read the spec.

    Brakes arnt that different than stock with the parts Yozza sells. You can get better ie 4 pots etc That gearbox is the one to have though shame its only good for a few hundred miles before needing new oil and a few thousand before rebuilds. I so want one of those cars though.

    No. The Cup racers that a raceing circuit use have LPG but not the proper race cars.

    The gains from cams are only realy noticed hugly with other intake work the manifold needs matching as well. You wont get 190~200 though on stock cams unless you run a T/B system or an absolutly fortune in other bits.
