I don't like spending money on things I can't see :( lol!
I'll probably have it done if I'm honest, just don't want to. Seems like a lot of money to spend on a car that's not worth a lot of money.
I bloody love it. Colour combo is awesome IMO. Great choice after the Clio :)
I'm going to have a look at the price of these in a minute and I guess I'll get a right shock, lol!
I feel sorry for the ph1 :(
I also feel sorry for the engine, as all the effort Russ put into getting it work on the existing ECU is being destroyed :(
I also REALLY like black ph1's :(
On the plus side, I like the sound of the project, and you being local, I'd love a chance to come and have...
Hope you get it sorted properly soon mate, taking a look at that there's no way it wont be written off, there seems to be quite a few bits bent, so making it perfect would be silly money.
Buy yourself a lottery ticket, you're lucky not be hurt!
On the above (for me):
Belt change: Fine
Service: (Do myself)
Plugs: (Do myself)
Box oil: Fine
Brake Fluid: Fine
Coolant: £50? Bit steep no? ;)
Dephaser: I've heard such mixed reviews on this, help!
I made a profit on modifying that car. Some clever part buying, and I ended up selling all of my mods for more than I paid for them.
Mods..... (with rough costs picked up on here)
Front lights - 70
Rear lights - 35
Fog lights - 30
172 ph2 alloy wheels - 180
60mm Lowering springs - 65...
It'll be ph2, so not much good for doing my ph1, but to do someone else's, it'd be great.
I'm glad it wasn't just me that thought he was talking about sewing machines, bloody nutter!
Do I f**k, your mum prefers the holes tbh, gives her all different places to try and reach my dong from.
