you need a new fuse fitted for the extra bulb... and you need to alter the wiring to seperate the H7 and HB3 bulbs. You can just splice it off the current wire, but make sure you earth it.
i had the lights for my old car but gave up with mine because im a lazy f**k.

can you see the CDs from looking in the front?
if you cant, then you would have to take the unit apart to get them out.
Try looking on Ebay, you can get the same Head Units for around £50...
