You seem to have sold yourself on the Mk1 172. performance wise, theres nothing in it. I liked the alloy bonnet, and the looks of my RS-1 when i bought it over the newer RS clios. I also prefer the 15" wheels.

Oms... im running philips bulbs for both my dipped and sidelights... i would say the sidelights are about 30% brighter than "normal" ones.

dont they make 4 stud 19"s? iirc you can get an adapter that attaches to the hub, making it 5 stud... but i cant see this being too safe/reliable.

The ones that dont have it werent supposed to have it... there is physically no hole/space for the light. Its not because they were fitted with a broken LED. lol

i fitted a new bracket last month. it sounds like its coming from inside the zaust... not outside if that makes sense. when i rev it slightly it stops rattling.

its an irregular sound... sounds like its coming from inside the exhaust somewhere. I thought maybe it could be the cat breaking up?

i wouldnt say it was worth it. The only reason i would downgrade to a 182 is to have another 3 years warranty ;)

Ive got a K-tec system on my 172, and when idling it rattles.... almost as if theres something loose inside rattling around. it only does it at idle. any ideas?

is it in the alcantera? if it is, then it will cost a quite a bit for a new section of alcantera.

ill have to get him parked up so i can flier his car :D
