Oh I read it, and agree with the seat position and think power steering on small cars is just ghey.
And I agree the 306 is a nicer car to be in and gives better feel, as did my 205gti. But my 182 is a much better car all round, no real compromise on handling but there is a lack of feel imo.
As for the clio, it's not as raw as a 205gti, Williams, old golf gti etc BUT it's still fun, handles well - far better than a lot of it's competitors.
And if you're disillusioned by the 182 as being a drivers car wait till you get a CTR lol I wouldn't say its more of a drivers car, sure it...
what bullshit, a great car - the gearbox makes it, always in the power band and not far off the 172 / 182 for pace. Better handling and driving position as said.
aye I'm kinda in that situation, I wouldn't have bought the 182 3 years ago had I been working locally - only now getting into a position to buy a house (don't wanna sell mine).
I use mine for my bike, and own most things on the road with a bike on the roof, even more satisfying than just owning things in a standard french s**t box.
I like them and respect the handling of them.
But I followed a 205gti through town the other day thinking fcuk me how small is that compared to my 182 (and I used to run 205gti and 182 for a bit) so basically the 197 like most new 'superminis' is a bit big, I certainly aint jealous, I've had 3...
Also trades as acernotebooks.co.uk I think, got mine from them. They offer finance.
Aaronc as Si mentioned does good deals, his company is called solaristech
Gothenburg in Sweden is the same latitude as Aberdeen...
My dads saab its an option, they can turn the autolights on and off using a 'clip' computer. I drive with my lights on in low visibility, or even medium visibility especially if I'm going to be overtaking.
Get a grip, have a word...
