Get them to leak down test and compression test it BEFORE doing belts. No point in putting new belts on an engine that's potentially fucked. 1L per 625miles is alot. Even though Renault state that as acceptable lol.
Was unfortunate, completely dry road, up to the corner where she crashed, which was greasy to the point of being slippery under my feet. It looks to have snapped round on her as it's a 100yard bend and she was less than half way round it where it's gone into the grass bank.
Well, after tipping the black one over, she needed a replacement. And as the black one held up so well she felt safe in another one.

Yeh she's ok, apart from being slightly tender this morning/day. It is indeed mace's. She was very unfortunate, dry roads all the way upto the bend where it happened where it was (very) greasy. Looking at the point of impact, and start of the turn, I very much doubt I'd have been able to hold...

She has purchased this today however. Less than 24 hours afterwards. I've named it wurzle. Being recovered back to my garage as the aux kit has managed to fray and not take the timing belt with it (I've never seen that.) so
New belts...
