    They ebay outer arb joints are the wrong ones they are non rs. Id stick to standard bushes for b roads, order a set of extra caster lower arms and they will come with new inner bushes and outer ball joints

    Sports dogbone was what i put on it, its definately tight, i am so stumped by it all i can think of is a manufacturing issue with a mount but they all looked fine on inspection. Im gonna strip them all off for a further look on thursday!

    I was planning on 4th mounting it anyway as ive got one spare but would rather cure the problem first as they didnt do it when new lol!     Loads of engine movement on and off the throttle, all engine mounts are brand new genuine. Still doing it! Ideas? Play in a driveshaft? Gearstick is proper rocking back and forward!

    As above the wheel only goes one way as it has one spline thats different from the others, even if you could you would still be better doing the above and getting it on a hunter or similar

    the boost limit to keep torque down is purely for traction, Renault TCE engines have it too, its because of how quickly you can build boost in lower gears, it will break traction very easy, along with id imagine stress out driveshafts and the likes that excessive wheelspin does! my 1.2 TCE...

    rstuner would be my choice ive ran it on my 3 172s and my 182 along with one of my twingos! raised idle to sort the lumpy idle VVT enabled from startup to smooth it out when cold more mid range torque gets rid of the 4000-5000rpm flat spot

    Not sure why you would want to lower it? Its still climbing the power curve on the limiter! Green stuffs are hopeless i like mintex m1144 others like various others but ive never tried any others

    1.5dci engine swap 100bhp 1.5 k9k from a megane/scenic

    ive owned them all, im not convinced the 100 has uprated internals that's what I don't believe. as I said it was started when edde posted it one day but no idea where he got it from so it could for all we know be noncence. a 20bhp gain to me is not enough to re engineer the internals of the engine.
