I'd sooner put forged pistons in than taking material out of potentially weak pistons anyway.

Yes. The 3rd gear shaft doesn't get much oil if you run the STD 2 or so litres, as it relies on being splash fed from the diff. Overfill it by 1.0 litre and it prolongs it no end. Makes it feel so much better too.

What sort of figures? The key to the 02m is overfilling the gearbox oil ;)

It doesn't need unlocking back to the other car, once memorised with a car it'll remain memorised.

I wouldn't ever advise having the belt done incorrectly. Especially at that price I doubt he's replacing the aux belt tensioner. That fails, takes the cambelt with it.

Well either can cost you dearly! Snapped belt upwards of £1200.
