Erm, they're not great IMO. They have a reputation for knocking and leaking. They're a cheap coilovers company, always have been. I wouldn't run them if I was given them.

The only strut brace that works is the pure Motorsport one, because it actually mounts to the suspension strut rather than the turret. The rear is plenty stiff enough :)
Just trying to save you some money, that way you can spend on more beneficial items.
I'd recommend a rear anti roll bar...
Don't worry about the manifold, the OEM one isn't a restriction.
Strut braces unless its a pure Motorsport one, don't make a difference.
The OEM fuel system isn't an issue unless your the right side of 210bhp, and you won't achieve that without ITB's.
Looks good for what you paid for...
Eh? Is it f**k! Coolant drain, exhaust to disconnect, air con to mess around with etc etc. It takes me an hour extra to do a complete box change than it does to remove the engine alone.
Tbh it sounds like you need it looked at by someone who knows what they're doing. Head gaskets are an extremely rare occurrence. I haven't come across one yet.
