personally first what id do (after spending a fortune on both my 172's) is new genuine dampers all round and eibach sportline springs, then new genuine track rods, track rod ends and you could go as far as i did with new bottom arms which include new bushes and ball joints but that was just me...
removed the twingo badge and fitted some phillips blue vision ultra bright 501 sidelights today, no pics of the sidelights yet ill get some tonight! (im not into LED sidelights thats why i went for these for just a bit cleaner and brighter look than OEM)

red doesnt look to bad on the white car, id have gone black for the drums though, doing my twingo ones today! (first time ive owned drums since 2005 but they need doing lol!)
i tend to agree with most of what is being said here, generally as dan says with some/most performance cars, people buy them then either get bored and change for something else or realise it costs so much and change it.
However with the clio 200 being the car that it is, most owners take a few...
standard its just as quick id say as the DCi106, but it needs 6000rpm changes to match the same performance as the DCi106 doing 3500rpm changes, as the 106 has bucket loads more torque, but remember this probably weighs 200kg less, with a map and a big increase in torque it would definately be a...
new mats fitted today, didnt have time to hover it, ill do it at the weekend!
He ran a lower figure on run 2 which to me would say the turbo is at/past its limit and intake temps are suffering, but a slightly better turbo would give you more scope for power while still retaining low spool...
am i the only one who finds it retarded to get a remap to "cure" a fault that isnt the normal behaviour of the car? at least try adjusting your driving style or compairing another car to rule its not you first! lol
i got my factory tyres replaced at 6000 miles (granted wear had been accelerated on one due to arnold clark) but my 2nd set were probably 1k from being illegal when i traded it in at 13,500 miles. Driven properly these things demolish front tyres, my original rears were probably 50% worn @ trade in.
can someone royal mail it for me?!
im clueless so if you need another picture of it at another angle or anything let me know!

didnt you need to get the bluetooth stereo to get an RS monitor as that just has the normal non BT stereo, also is that not a bit early for the RS monitor, sure it was added later on in the production date?
unfortunately it doesnt have climate or bluetooth so that ends my run of finding massive spec average cars lol!! altho the full pano roof couldnt have been cheap! and they dont creak or leak which is good, also when its open you dont really get any wind noise just a nice breeze, much better than...
there seems to be a lot of people mentioning clutch issues, the car uses the same gearbox as the DCi100 and id imagine a fairly similar clutch which i was putting 130bhp/190lbft through for 20k hard miles! i think its one of these internet roumours where someones been launching the s**t out the...
i think John @ Progrip is quite a bit cheaper than Hypertech? although ive never used them. John is only one hours labour to setup a ph1 so less than £40 usually
once or twice from resonably cold wont do it any harm :p
there was a guy used to go around stirling in a red 1.8 16v corsa SRi that word of mouth said was fairly tuned, my old silver 172 used to make an easy dinner of it lol!!
had it out a wee blast tonight as i was bored with no plans! took it down a few backroads and it genuinely handles really well, pulls really well, the overboost comes in at 4500rpm giving you an extra 5bhp/5lbft for 45 seconds in 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear, which makes it quite fun as you feel it get...
