Any ideas where i can get the bits from to make one of these ? I dont fancy paying £38 for one ! Anybody sourced some threaded bar and the threaded spacer , eyelet . Not even sure what to call in 😂🙈🙈

Engine is going to be installed next weekend when i have day to spend on the car rather than an hour here and there ! Just need to install flywheel and clutch once i take it off the stand. How the engine looked And how it looks now

Rear calipers and pads installed , just need the retainers to arrive to complete. Handbrake cables also connected up and working 💪

Afew bits arrived this week to build up an i take system and complete heater matrix bypass.

They look like the ash ones i did have in blue which i sold apart from they were 2 90 degrees. Will get them ordered with the 180 i need. Thanks for info fred , thats one hell of a clio build !

Anybody know what belt length is required for cup alternator set up with Epas using standard pulleys ? Cheers Finch

Afew more bits bolted up now. Inlets and injector were meant to be matt black but powder coaters decided not to do what i asked 😂😂. Cup Alternator brackets fitted , just need a belt , any ideas what length works with standard pulleys and epas set up.

Rear Exhaust brackets removed for fitting of the Grams inserts

Abs pump and bracket fitted and lines plumbed in

Did abit tonight before it got dark ! Nice evening so i took the S2000 🤫 Wheels removed for driveshaft installation. Passenger driveshaft fitted. Drivers side hub removed and replaced , play found in bearing and driveshaft support bracket and shaft fitted.

Went back tonight and fitted the upper gearbox mount correctly so it was now sitting where it needed to be bolted up. Also fitted starter motor as i forgot to do that while it was still out the car !

I know alot of people who have used them recently i have been speaking with Josh about some bits also as i need some bits doing. Its not the same company or run by mitch anymore. He has been very responsive and turnaround times appear to be decent aswell.

Managed to get gearbox bolted up to engine today ready to go in.

Engine and box ready for its new home , wish it was a K20 😈😈 but this will have to do for now.

Swapping clios around with the plan to get the gearbox and engine installed ! Literally cant move in the garage at the moment and the S2000 is meant to sleep in there 😂.

Had to get the iceberg rolling again as its in the way so got it rolling and had to push it on my own on bloody gravel !

Afew powder coated parts to go on the car. Was meant to get it all back today but some of my parts required acid dipping to remove the old powder coat.

I see the method appears to be to cut the original nob off ! What can be fitted in place of the original ? Ive seen some quaife style on ebay , not sure if these fit ? Probably going to fit pure motorsport on my track car but looking for something for my road car Also where do these fit ?

Is it just for the bearing to slide freely on the spline

What type of grease do i need for this install ? Been looking on here for the spline and release bearing ? Seen somebody say dont put any on spline but what about realease bearing / fork ?
