Depends on how you drive the car, how often and on what roads. The bearings arent designed for that sort of load so die quickly over bumps. I'd say yearly and check condition every 3 months or so

Spend an extra 5 minutes warming your engine up before driving if concerned imho

In all seriousness i've never had any problems with the standard genuine elf oil, and my car has done 141k miles. It's more important to make sure it filled up, as these like to use/leak a little oil.

I'd be applying a stud lock and just nipping to around 30nm. Do they not have an Allen key hole on the end? All you're really wanting to do is bottom the stud out. Once you refit the wheels and torque to 100nm+ you'll also be putting a force into the stud but it shouldn't go anywhere as it's...
