If i run the car without the second lambda connected. Will it run the same as if it was connected with the emissions light on. I have made a decat, do i need to put the lambda in or can i disconnect it? Thanks

Hi, i have a custom Longlife exhaust, im thinking of getting a decat. If the Emissions light is on, does it affect the running of the car? Will it put it into a different ECU map? I know this question has probably been asked before, i just cant find it on search! Thanks Josh
