This is where it gets me? I know 17s slow down your straight line speed but my valver handled so much better on 17s than on my 15s. I even tested this. I couldnt corner anywhere near as fast.....

Thye thing is going from 15s to 17s doesnt seem bad. Its when you put the 15s back on you notice the difference.

I cant see the prob with them. As long as you get them fully and i mean fully checked and theyve been fixed properly....

Hmm i had 17s on my valver and never had any probs. As i said even on 17s mine would leave my mates mk1 RSi no probs. Sounds like you valver needs a service or something. :confused:

You should be able to leave Mk2 RSi easily! They only way we stay with 172s (Or Dont as some beleive) is because of the weight advantage. A RSi has less bhp/torque and weighs more! The power to weight difference is BIG! Mk1 RSis however should stay with you till 60/70/80. My mates didnt stand...

Its was a 16v which have slightly bigger arches so i didnt need any mods to get them on there. You should be able to get them in 16s on yours with no probs though.... As for exhausts i just had a 3" single round magnex on mine which looked nice. Big exhaust just look wrong on clios if you ask me.
