Just to add , there were 148 Infernos registered with 117 having the cup suspension so there's a high % chance that is has the cup suspension i'd say . Before you think what a geek knowing this , it's in the link below lol .

54mm bolt spacing non cup pack suspension , 60mm cup suspension .

You could check the springs for the red and white dots of paint , but the car might have had aftermarket...
I would imagine that they all have the same brackets , thats my guess anyway . I can't really see Renault making different brackets for different models , to keep the cost down . You could have a look at the nonsports i suppose , but maybe they were drilled out on yours because they'd rusted in...
Haven't got a clue if you can buy one to be honest , but my guess would be no . Imagine if they sold every little bracket , nut , bolt etc ..... they'd need a big storage facility . The bracket you've circled looks like it's just popped riveted on to me .You could probably knock one up out of a...
The backboxes look to me very much like the backboxes that Powerflow use . Like the backbox i had on my 172 anyway , and that didn't have name on either .
That was my concern when i took mine in to have a new bonnet catch fitted , that they'd probably try opening and closing it a few times and push down on the bonnet . Like ya said . They won't have dropped it properly so it'll have been sitting slightly open and someone will have pushed on the...
I can hardly see the lights in the daytime pics either , especially the 2nd one . Like Dink and Jesus said , you need a multi-directional led because the reflector and lens are designed to work with a filament lamp which is multi-directional . You'd be better off with something like this led...
Like daveski says , check your brake fluid level . It can be an indication that your brake pads have worn to the extent that the brake fluid drops to a low level . So check your brake pads too .
I don't know why it looks so scratched . Like i said before , it must be the flash on the camera picking up the scratches as you can't see them with the naked eye . :S
It doesn't make one bit of difference to how the car runs if the light comes on mate . It's only the post cat lambda sensor . Some people run with it tied up out of the way and a bung in the hole , i've got my lambda sensor in the decat and the light hasn't come on since i refitted it . The...
I've got Sky 20mb and Virgin 120mb broadband and never had a problem with either . Been with Virgin for over 10 years and in all that time only had about 5 days where i didn't have a service , been with Sky for about 4 years now only time i had an issue was when the router packed up , a...
I do love it , still gives me plenty to smile about . It's showing a few age related marks though now , a few car park dents that need sorting and the dreaded melted steering wheel :( . And other than the odd misfire that it suffered itermittently a couple of months ago in really cold weather ...
Cam and Aux belt was done last January on 34K . I was 12 months off the service schedule i know but i didn't think it needed doing on such low miles . Plus i took advantage of Renaults offer off £499 all in before they withdrew it . They had to honour it though cos i got the quote in writing ...
40K miles that is . Just clocked over today . Had the 182 from new , 7 years and 2 months . No Big costs so far ( touch wood ) other than servicing , new Yozza exhaust a couple of years back , tyres and brakes etc ..... . Still puts a huge grin on my face most days .
I had exactly the same problem when i had my 172 , it would hesitate , judder up til around 2k ish rpm then would be fine above that . No engine management light either . Changed the spark plugs and it was fine after that . It could be your coilpack though , or leads or plugs , obviously they're...
Definitely worth the upgrade . Mine took about 10 seconds each to pop out . Pulled the pipe off , put some long nose pliers on the end and pushed and out they popped . None of this messing about with screwdrivers and sockets lol .
From my own personal experience . I found the Toyo T1-R's utter shite in the wet , that was on my 172 . Continentals were good but didn't last . On my 182 Michelin PE2's were excellent in the dry and wet but only last about 8k miles . I'm now on my 2nd set of Uniroyal Rainsport 2's , brilliant...
Just been reading your post . You say the problem has gone now ? Maybe the problem was just a loose lead ? And with all the fiddling about you've now put the lead back on as it should be . Just a thought .
Personally i'd use a bolt extractor rather than those screw extractors . If the bolts in that tight it snapped the head off i doubt the smaller screw extractors would be up to the job . You run the risk of making what's left of the bolt worse .
Something like these would do it . Or take it to...
What's all this blue / black nonesense ? The interiors on 182's are most definitely grey , grey leather and alcantara seats , grey door cards , grey dash , grey steering wheel . The only bits that are black are things like the cd/radio , door switches , stalks etc .....
I can't comment on halfords paint for being a good match , i've only ever used their bog standard paints like matt black and their lacquer . Personally i use a local motor factors that mixes paint and puts it in rattle cans and they're always spot on . Maybe check out one local to you or you...
You could either spray them yourself , like i did and quite a few others have . It's not hard to do . Colour code them to your car or go for a different colour altogether or contact sprayshack on here . He sprays just about everything .
