Looks great Chris!:D
Spoiler looks well tidy IMO, hope the ali parts fitted ok?
Bonnet, bumper and grille have all improved the overall look.
For 120 notes you gotta be happy....
Be good to catch up and see it in the metal mate.
Its not bad, the "death bend" as they call it, leading on to the pit straight is pretty good flat out.:D
Langar is a good track, cant be spoilt by the weather as its inside, and has a decent crossover where you climb up and over the track underneath.
I broke a rib on that track...
Thats not bad. I think Nick @ Hillpower is about £500 ish for the cambelt and tensioners etc.
Yozzasport are a bit cheaper though iirc. I'm sure Fred will be along soon to advise.:approve:
I will also be in the market for Cambelt etc and water pump in November, so any estimates would be...
Cant see the point of buying cheap sh1t discs.
I have a cracking AV/Hi-fi setup. Thor scart cables, IXOS rf cables [highly recommended], Cambridge Audio pacific phono cables, Profigold Digital cables etc
I want discs that will deliver the best performance visually and audibly.
I'll surf on...
Just bought a Panasonic DMREX75 DVD/HDD recorder.
Any recommendations to where best to buy good quality blank DVD's. And which sort to buy.
DVD-RAM seem to offer the most flexibility, what do you guys reckon??
So let me get this right, you're gonna get the old hose pipe out, give it a squirt, then get some shaving foam on the old boy, maybe wax it afterwards.....
Looks like the car will get a clean afterwards when you've got time then.;)
I was thinking of a Super Spray for the sake of £8. I know what you mean about messing around with the pressure washer, it is a ball ache. I have a crap one in the garage, never use it apart from cleaining the patio.
Always clean the car using the hose though.
Youre not far away...
These boys are really good. I get all my memory from them.

...gotta love the Menz products.
My dad came over in his E-class Merc yesterday with a 1.5" diameter etch mark where a bird had sh1t right in the middle of his bonnet. The gloss had completely gone from the paintwork in that area. He couldnt remove the mark with the stuff he'd got.
Menz IP...
Meguiars Last Touch is a great QD spray.
Comes in a US Gallon container (4.5litres ish), so you can fill your trigger spray to your hearts content:D
Mixed 70/30 with filtered water you'll get about 13 or 14 trigger bottles full out of the container. Its about £18, so is worth considering when...
Ignore him, Phoenix is being a to55pot.

Milltek are pretty good. Guys on here love them on the 182's.:D
Mmm.
Know how you feel mate. Finished work early to get my standard backbox fitted at Clinton Motors.
Cant fit it because i need a genuine renault rear hanger bracket and the centre section is a different diameter to the backbox.:dapprove: 2" o/d stainless vs 2" I/d mild steel.
So I'm gonna...
My mate across the road whipped mine of with his impact wrench. He has a compressor in the garage.;)
Easiest way, BenR did same when mine was down at Angelworks.
Cool pics Justin.
PH-quick looks tidy - obviously liking Dee's car too.;)
Is Dee's lowered at all? Mines standard and doesnt look as high as some I see - I'm debating whether to put a splitter on my ph2. Is Dee's a standard one or carbon?
Great work,
James
Got to say that system looks superb. All nicely polished with some very neat transitions.:D
Great stuff Dan.....lucky git.;)
Shame they're such a long way from me, I'd go for the 172 one.:dapprove:
SelectaTyre in the east midlands do the exact same as the genuine Renault [so they say] for:-
Backbox - £65 + VAT fitted
Centre section - £120 + VAT fitted.
Cheap enough to get it ordered from them and delivered down to your local garage. Will still be cheaper than renault.
I hand polished my Monaco Blue 172 in June with SRP topped with EGP.
See thread below for results achieved with PC and Menz polishes a couple of weeks back. I know loads of you have probably read it, but its relevant to the thread.:D
Best of luck Djw John, you'll enjoy it but as the lads say...
