I think you're trying to run before you can walk ...
I've had an SLR since I was about 10 (still got my old Zenit thing which was 30 yrs old when I was given it!!) and now with advanced DSLRs, I let the camera do the work for me !
I normally shoot Aperture priority as there's no point taking...
Turkey ....
Anyone ever driven out there ?
I'd say that was some pretty good driving compared to most out there.
After a week out there for work, I felt like I could drive around the UK with my eyes shut and I'd feel safer than the roads out there.
Properly horrifying TBH !
Trust me .. there's no point spunking cash on the speakers - they are already components so you can't get better setup and they're well matched too, obviously.
Before you buy a sub, turn the filters on as mentioned, cut the bass to the front (200Hz and below) and crank it up .. they will be...
If you were driving, the windchill at 50+mph is pretty intense.. depending where the sensor is, it might think it was below the cut-off zone.... who knows !
Good luck !
Buy whatever you can afford... you sold the mk3 to save money, remember ? ;)
Oh no ..
I'd have to block her then as I could not cope with a new media thread every week entitled "Still haven't had to polish the car".
They're right - the compressor on any modern car will not run under certain temps... something like 4deg C. I'm not sure exactly. Perhaps you've just neglected to notice before.
You do realise that a/c works the same if it's hot or cold ? It's simply a dehumidifier hence it clears damp...
Just stick a sub in the boot, cut the low freq's to the standard speakers via the HPF/LPF on the head unit (presuming you have a half decent one!) and crank it up. They more than cope with the mid/high stuff.
I really really wouldn't go to any further bother than that. Absolutely unnecessary...
Yes lol ! I had my first D-SLR for at least 18 months before I was completely done with it. Most (if not all) of the time when I got a bad shot, it was me that made it so.
'Stuff' is always getting cheaper, but then there'll be something new out.
What do you generally shoot in ? Full...
Awful.. but never mind .. sh*t happens !
At least there's no doubt you're going thru her insurance (hopefully thru your legal protection?) so it's all sorted as fast and easily for you as possible !
Good luck :)
I've got one of these .. http://products.lowepro.com/product/SlingShot-202-AW,2192,4.htm (I think it's the same as Tom's mentioned above!) and it's perfect for my 7D, couple of lenses and some extra bits (wallet etc) when needed. Don't think I paid much for it though ? Can't remember...)
All...
Drop Scrooge a PM and see if he can take a look over it for you at some point soon. Failing that, I'm in west Basildon/Lower Billericay depending who's asking and have a 182 here to compare with if you like ?
If it's dropping revs I'd suggest a vacuum is blocked or the ICV is duff. Wouldn't...
Glad you're alright .. your passenger sounds to be in more of a mess.. was he/she looking out the window or licking the glovebox at the time !? :S
Cars aren't really designed to be 'safe' at the rear .. well they certainly weren't in the mid 90s when this was designed.
If you want to know...
IIRC the Nilsfik (sp?) ones have metal impellers and are generally highly rated compared to the Karcher ones which have plastic impellers !?
Seems a mental amount of money to spend on a PW to me though Charles :o
My £30 Halfords one was fine for a few years ! The unbranded small cheap looking...
Auto wipers ?
If mine's on the first mark, it won't do anything until it needs to.
I know you've said it's a cup, but did some of them come with this ?! I'm unsure...
Not sure about total opposites .. or your iPhone photography skills haha.. I'm sure I've seen much better from you before :o
Not sure what's going on with the black one either TBH... is that the right place for the plate ?!
One other hint is that if you're after a particular shot - fireworks for example... search for your subject on Flickr and then check out the exif for a few shots and you've got your starting point. Take your shot and see how you get on.
Makes it easier than guessing from the start c**til...
