F4R water pump is very reliable. More likely to cause an issue by disturbing it in my experiance (fitting cheapo pumps is a bad idea) genuine pump is £70 from memory, then £20 of type d coolant. I've only had to change 2 F4R pumps due to failures, and they both turned out to be non genuine...

be fine if you dont overtighten it. Used belt will have stretched in the first few miles. Not something I'd be worried by
