facts are.....
Cam timing was out by a long way originally
Then corrected
Car was dyno'd and the fueling altered, but the ignition timing not touched....erm, of course it was going to be down on power at this point, the ignition timing will have been massivly different to what's needed if...
This pretty much. HTC did really well with the Desire launch, getting the jump on apple with faster processor and really good functions, but you do need to be realistic and compare to new Apple stuff, and not the older tech. I think they're going to be a very close match and it'll be mostly down...
it's basically got a spring inside that makes it return to a retarded position when the soledoin shuts and cuts off the oil pressure, the spring loosens/breaks/weakens and the pulley slops about a little
powerstations figures are very inconsistent.
Mech-Repairs/Mech Motorsport would be a good bet Nick. They're in cheltenham. LOTS of clios done there so it's a good reference
piazza turbos were so cool, and so s**t all in one :D
Oh BTW, it's not a sump guard ;) if it were it'd be more durable than brittle plastic
File B1N if you do trackdays, effective oil cooling for free.
if you're realistic though Nick, it should be closer to a £3k job, so getting it finished within that would be no loss. Rev counter can be wired to run. Not sure without brainstorming a bit but i'm sure there's a way to run the important bits of the dash too (temp gauge mostly)
