Yes but only by about 50lbs either way, otherwise the dampers need revalving to suit. From memory b14 fronts are about 330lb up front and you need about 450+ ideally for all out track car.
You also need to stiffen the rear up to suit, as on a fwd car, the rear controls the front.
If the tank is the same as a 1*2, make sure it's not full to the brim. They can deform around the ring that holds the pump in place if they're not empty.
The yoke plate is part of the design already on a Quaife, so no need to buy one.
Yep, they fit the crownwheel as well, but the £1030 price is only from me.
The jc5's are a bit tricky tbh mate and you'll also need some pullers - one of which needs to have very thin jaws to pull the 5th gear off the shaft, the other needs to be an internal bearing puller. You may as well look in the diff as well mate, as I'm seeing a lot that are fucked now...
Does it whine or crunch in any gears? If it doesn't, remove the box and bring it to me. I'll be able to sort that while you wait. I've got what's needed to fix that out sat here mate.

Oh and race fuel?! I ran mine on shell vpower and made 230bhp and 181lb/ft. Did they tell you the cost of the parts as well btw? R3 maxi and maxi evo...
They're not designed (my hubs) to run with standard dampers/lowering springs as there's too much travel, so it will stress the rose joints and bottom them out.
Coilovers only.
