Bit of welding and fabrication for mounts, wiring for the ecu, cut and shut on the driveshafts and exhaust. Reasonably straightforward tbh.

I'm on one of the golf rads mate, but no it's not a tight squeeze. They're much slimmer than the original. That's a 524mm wide core. You'd be fine with a 12" fan tbf mate

I have a set of twin 10" kenlowe fans blowing through my rad in a 'push' setup. Most aftermarket rad fans can be mounted using the 'strap' method. They're just cable ties pretty much, and they pass through the fins on the core and are secured on the other side.
