    K20 powered 172

Yeah it's the 2.9kg one I can get mate. £255 delivered. I can get the pulleys like I've got on my engine as well, but sounds like your too late mate. Yeah standard valeo clutch is fine bud. That's what I'm running.

    K20 powered 172

It's alright mate I've seen them on eBay, just wasn't sure what size yours was! The 'small' looks ridiculously small in terms of measurement, but oddly not so much on the pics of it on your car! Lol!

    Aucky's Trophy.. Progress Thread

Measure the distance from the back of the seat mate not from the collar bone. You may well find that its 500mm or less, so in this case you don't need them to x over. I've never seen them crossed when a harness bar has been used in that position tbh.

    Salted spark or pencil coils

The holes are already there mate. You just need to run a m6 tap down there for the securing bolt. I'm running valeo green top coils in mine. No real gain over running the coil pack tbh and you may find the coil pack is more reliable. Some of the advantages to the coil on plug set up are it looks...

    B14 Coilover fitting specifics

The rear dampers look to be the older style setup mate. You'll be fine without the washers as the oe rear top mounts have a metal base to them anyway. They've obviously changed the design to get more support to spread the load. Regards the rear height adjusters, just take them out completely...

Double declutching, heel and toe etc

Not trail braking no. Unless your braking too hard obviously or unbalancing the car to a large extent. Trail braking is used to help shift the weight forwards and increase the front end grip. Also helps to get the front end pointing more where you want it. When you've got the hang of it, it's...

Yeah it's dr25 raychem that I've used mate. Be warned, if you choose this option you will have to strip the loom entirely and de-plug it to get the heat shrink over the loom. Do a search for Hudson Wiring mate. You can buy off them by the mtr.

Pictures of your looped rack for EPAS. What fittings have you used?

There's no need to loop it there whatsoever mate. It doesn't do anything at that part if there's no fluid in there.
  25. NorthloopCup

    EPAS

In theory yes mate. The cap would need to be vented though to allow for the air to escape.
  26. NorthloopCup

    EPAS

Not much at all mate. It will indeed lock up though if brimmed as the fluid won't transfer fast enough through the pipe. That's when you need to strip the rack and get creative.

TomoTek - 182 Track Build here we come!...

Yeah gun metal grey interior and engine bay works. White engine bay also works as it illuminates it to some extent and makes finding oil leaks easier.
