They're 70n springs mate, so 400lb's there or there abouts. This is how you read them:
200 = length in mm
70 = rate in Newtons
51 = internal diameter
He did the same to me so I told him I was going to drive down and shoot him. It was resolved!!
You'll be fine on the 70's at the back mate tbh...
@Yanoo is the best man to answer this! :wink:
I've got the stiff shift fitted in my cup and I love it. Great bit of kit and does exactly what it says on the tin.
Mines the stiff shift 1, and from memory the stiff shift 2 and 3 are adjustable for stiffness.

It's called the big end bearing mate. They're about £30 a set from Renault from memory.
Main bearings are where the crank lives and little ends are where the pistons and rods connect together.

I'll just stick with R3 maxi stuff. If R3 maxi evo stuff comes up at sensible money I might have to consider it though. Or just buy it from r-sport. :wink:
Yeah quite annoying that they're different tbh!
You'd need a redtop 30 battery ideally as a 25 would be too small. There's a x85 cup racer battery and cage for sale in the for sale section!
No mate eBay special that I've adapted for my car.
Cheers Sonny!
Oil cooler is tiny mate, but it's a...
I rest my case! Battery relocation is simple as well tbf. There's probably enough space in the scuttle panel for a battery to fit in?
No mate no problems at all. The flanges are all the same across the range. Interestingly though, the 197 head is wider than the 1*2 one. Only slightly, but it's...
