Well nipped to my local, said it sounded like the canister to them (I hadn't mentioned anything at this stage) He said is it empty (fuel)? I must admit it was, he said go and try putting a good load of fuel in and see if its still there... Well it is Grrr :(

Its a much stronger noise from the wheel area - how do I unplug this to double check?

Also with it only happening on idle is it ok to drive a few miles to a garage if need be?

Read up on this via search but didn't really answer my questions... About 20 secs after pulling up, stopping theres this knocking noise coming from the drivers side wheel arch, I say wheel arch as you can hear it there without the engine ticking over. If you rev the car the noise goes then...

Why doesn't my v5 have any info on the engine on it? I have the same issue at the moment, was going to send it off with the new number but the v5 shows no engine code as it is?

you do know they'll need a lot of fabricating to get to fit properly? they're not flared like willy ones but they also straighten off towards the bumper earlier - waste of money when I did it in hindsight I should have just had someone fabricate them as per originals

Yar for me they do :) Plus I paid renault prices for them so I expect at least a month out of the before they fall off again!

Because its a severe price hike to supercharging and not the kind of price I can afford right now nor wish to spend on the car, I'd also be keeping the car as is so aircon stays.. So off the top of my head for the same results pretty much itbs are the cheaper way to go?
