Imagine it was built well, RWD, had 250bhp. They wouldn’t have been able to build them fast enough. It’s a proper good looking car. But Rover just Rover’d.

The engine in my track car is 24 years old and it lives at 6,750rpm. Regular oil changes and let it warm up properly and they’re probably one of the most reliable Petrol engines ever made.

People that want original cars want just that. And they’re the only type of people prepared to pay top money.

Oh it’s getting closer….. 😍 OE cup shocks, Eibach springs, new discs, pads, lower arms, ball joints, track rod ends… the list goes on. But she’s so close I can smell it!!

My honest thoughts, if it’s your car OP. I didn’t even read the text as the pictures are so bad. It just screams Gypsy site and the car looks very neglected. Dirty seats, cheap hand car wash paper mats, awful pics. Just looks out of place. Sorry.

As long as you use a DA and not a rotary, you’ll be fine. Buy some Angelwax Resurrect, a cheap DA polisher and some microfibre pads and you’ll be loving life I promise you. That Halfords polisher is a pile of poo, don’t waste your money.

The scuttle drains block up and water can get in to the cabin. But honestly, it’s just poorly made and the solder joins crack. A decent repair man (like @Brigsy pointed to) will have it as good as new in 24h. Be reet. 👌🏽

No need to remove it. Most whack it from underneath. I bet it works after. 😂

The UCH tends to pack up slowly. So it gives you little warnings before it fails properly. I suspect this is what’s happening here. Have you given it a whack? A swift clump usually makes it work properly for a few days. 😂

Wing mirror glass is very easy to scratch. So don’t go mental. Worse case just buy a new glass?
