You might need a new throttle cable it's quite a common fault with ph1's

Just plug it into the car go to the help bit and it tells you the VCI code. Send that of to Henk @ Fastchip and buy a license off their website and Henk will email you back with the unlock code.

Ehhhh nah I think you can chop and change the maps as many times as you want only on your car though as it's locked to your car.

If your air con rad is in good nic ie no holes in it like mine has i'll take it off your hands.

Forgot to add I also installed the 98ron performance map with the rs tuner today made such a difference to the drive of the car, loads more low down torque smoothed out the 5k "kick" and no more lumpy idle, the increased rev limit is also handy when your pushing on a bit on the b roads really...

Unless it is noisy there really isn't any need. I had mine changed purely because it was on 120k+ miles and it was a tiny bit noisy.
