Hopefully Ill be getting my hands on a 2nd hand 172 with 17,000km (10,500 miles) on the clock for 10,000 pounds (9,000 after I trade in my 1.4 16V) Should know by next weekend if Ill be getting it

Im using 65% worked that out from the manual took the total kerb weight and divided it by the front weight to get 65% I think Cartest is being purely theoretical with its outputs so in a perfect world that is what youd get. Im working in metric units though and using that the 172 has...

Without the correct gear ratios, I wouldnt expect to get a very accurate result. Maybe if one of the Willy owners could provide BobRTE with their gearbox number and well get that info

I just realised, I can get the V6 gear ratios from Gran Turismo 3. I know that there were clios in GT1 and/or GT2. Does anyone know if it was the 16V or the Williams? Are you able to get the gear ratios? Found this site with some high performance car details...

The figures I have from the South African Renault Site are slightly different 1st - 3.36 2nd - 1.86 3rd - 1.32 4th - 1.09 5th - 0.82 R - 3.54 Final - 4.06
