Surely if everyone had a snooper the roads would become safer. People would slow down for cameras because they know they are there. Thats the idea of cameras aint it, to slow people down and save lives? Or are they the to generate money:p

Lol at this. I hadnt seen another valver on the road for months until yesterday when i saw 2 at the same time. Both Naples the same as mine. Must of looked well spooky. There was 3 Naples valvers in a traffic jam together.

If you lose more torque with the willy manifold on then id keep the valver one on. Afterall, more torque is what makes the willy that little bit quicker

Think the vent was for both looks and to cool the manifold. They could of made it alot more subtle if they wanted.

Valver wins hands down. Proper old skool hard core look. Bonnet and flared archers just make it look mean. 172 just looks like any other clio. I often look at a 1.2 clio go past thinkin it was a 172 for a second. Tight arse renault should of made a distinctive change to the 172 like they did...

Nice one mate.At the end it sort of proves that the 172 aint any better at cornering than the vts. The vts was all over it like a bad rash until the straights.

That Dimma looks awesome. Dunno how you could sell it for an ugly pulsar.

I wanted a Gtt a while back. If they didnt look so dated inside i would of had one. Turbo cars do sound good but so does a standard clio16v. Probably the best sounding hatch around. Id pick the 16v on the good looks it has and the sexy looking arches and bonnet. Thats what i bought in the end...

I acknowledge other Valver/wiliiams owners. Not so many 172/182 owners though cuz they normally look back at me like sh*t, as if to say, my car is better/faster than yours!

You should get a decent mk2 172 for 7k. I doubt you will be dissapointed either.

I reckon the 1.2 would have the dci off the lights but once rolling the dci would sail past easily due to the amount of torque. Valvers rule!!:p

I know this isnt the most accurate times but http://www.letstorquebhp.com/http://www.letstorquebhp.com/ 182 = 16.94 sec to 100 on here and 14.94 1/4mile. Id say it does a ton in 17 to 17.5 secs then or maybe this is right.:confused:

Looks alright mate. Needs lowering a tad though. f**k what everyone else thinks. They jus cant hack it that a 172/182 looks too much like a standard 1.2 anyway. lol
