    Tried all that already andy on saturday/sunday, had the whole electrics out and tested every wire to the connector and then to the ecu to check the connections, all 3 wires to the coilpack are fine. you did a good job of soldering them all neatly if Im honest.

    the lambda isnt spliced into the existing wiring? Could find out which pin it is on the omex and do the same from there

    you should take the wiring apart at the original ecu and use a voltmeter to check the signals from the sensors.

    I am in the same boat with taking it to a garage, they would take a look at the omex and s**t themselves. Throttle position sensor? Does it read okay on the omex map software?

    Help on this car please, considering buying it

    from the pictures it looks like it has a shunt at the rear, the lack of arch liners at the front is worrying too, also the shut lines on the drivers door. He wouldnt sell it for less than its worth, I'd avoid it.

    I just checked the wiring from the coilpack to the ecu and its all fine. Ive taken the wiring apart and it all looks okay. I cant explain how frustrating this is, especially I now dont have any more options.

    Bit difficult when its only firing on 2 anyway but I get what you mean. Will have to wait a few days until Im back in scotchland. I bought a compression tester as well to see if that shows anything, fingers crossed its fine.

    Im in glasgow jesus so not exactly handy, yozzasport is closer. Just swapped the plugs, no change.
