so is anybody good at writing letters in proper grown up words?? This could then be sent via mail or email to customer services at reno either as a whole ie from 172 owners at cliosport or how i feel would be more noticed we all send them individualy. It would work better if some1 rang first...

As this seems to be a problem with nearly all 172s includin mine maybe if we bombard renault as a collective they will have to take note? A hundred or so voices has to be loader than each individual!!!

I did when i first got it but novelty value has worn off. I t comes in handy with the specs cameras tho. I tend to just set it and forget about them. Id prob use it more if i did long motorway journeys.

Wasnt a member then but thats V.impressive. I know there were quiet a few at Donnington in Oct . I was wonderin along the lines of MG owners club etc. I know they are huge but for a 1 model club 1000+ is a feckin lot!

Feckin loads of probs with the alarm. I think thats wot is affecting my immob at the moment too! Trouble is most ren dealers wont touch alarms!

I had a big front end smash in my last clio when i lived in cardiff and luckily the insurance payed for renault to re-spray and i gotta say the job done was superb. Thats renault cardiff by the way down near halfords and the big row of alfa and Vw garages etc.

No renault insurance and tesco are both underwritten by Insurance UK. Not sure bout direct line tho! Im 22 livin in suburbia with a 172 and 2 yrs no claims and i pay just less than £1300. And thats with tesco.

yeah i agree to. Im assumin indy are a renault dealer! If you get no-where with them ring renault customer services and demand to speak to either LISA LOXON OR ANNA QUERIPEL. These as far as i know are the managers at customer services and the only 1s able to make real decisions.

Has any 1 noticed on tv programmes like topgear etc when they talk about hot hatchs they use the FRS LCR and have a huge hard on for the mini and pug 206 gti but the clio is never mentioned. The V6 gets a lookin but never the 172 why is this?? Oh and of course my next car the Type R

hopefully after ive ended up callin the AA umpteen times they may get to the bottom of it! Still need to book it in at another dealership(where JAY172 works) for alarm problems hopefully they may spread a bit more light

I like the poss power gain and the sound of an aftermarket exhaust but i like the idea of no tailpipe showin! I think that Ktec are or have designing/ed a "stealth" aftermarket exhaust. Prepared to be shot down on that tho!

Well ive just bin to see the dealer and he reckons there is no fault with the car!! The computer is not showing any fault codes and it is starting first time every hour! He has tho agreed to keep the car untill wed an keep tryin it but he says he isnt hopeful of finding anything! So why then did...
