3700 is with the Cat D part not declared. It is a 1.2 dynamique in black btw.

He wants a PAC code to port the number, not a PUK code to unblock his phone. It is to do with the network you are on. Give them a call and they can sort you out. I was with CPW on the o2 network and they said the same to me. I spoke to O2 IIRC and it was sorted there and then. Sam
