Mine does this and has done ever since I've had it. No issues with it.
The knocking sounds more ominous.
Also sounds like a roller is worn or the power steering pump is on its last legs as there appears to be a whirring which rises with rev's.
Just been reading about these.
Just to be sure I buy the right stuff, they're in a large, rectangular, flat bottle. Usually lemon fragranced?
The Asda one I have in the cupboard is called Multi Surface Cleaner and has dilution instructions on the back?
Sound right?
I let the £7.00 Pikeys loose on the Clio for the first time since May at the weekend.
The problem with a poor wash is that all of spattered on SRP is left showing on the black trims making them look grey.
I fancy a good cleaning session next week but want to do a proper job.
Any ideas?
I'll sell it to Naith. It's the one that tried to rape him @ RS Tuning!
I would love to build something but I don't have the space with my current house.
Plus, I think I'd only enjoy the build of a kit car as the cars themselves don't really appeal.
Charles, my heart says that but I can't...
A 172 would never have had a splitter.
And the L.E.D would indicate an alarm thrown in by a Monkey at the docks. That's normally what indicates a UK along with the etched windows.
In the corners, the RX8 would be gone but in a straight, a poorly driven RX-8 would be easy pickings.
My (midly modified- granted) 172 was quicker than my mates 230.
Although his nickname was Gay Tony so it may indicate that he's a Mincer and he can't drive!
T'is true but I begrudge spending money on it ie. coilovers etc. as I know i'll never see that money again and someone else could take the hit for me.
Plus, I can't helping thinking that something with a turbo would be much cheaper & easier to get massive speed from.
Evo' 8 keeps calling.
I've been contemplating this for ages and I can't decide which way to go.
I'll be ordering my company car in the next couple of weeks which will be a Golf GT TDI.
I was originally going to sell the Clio as I thought it was worth buttons but having looked on Ebay, Pistonheads etc, it looks like...
Yep.
I hade a pair of sapcers which slipped. As I undid the bolts, one was being held in situ by the slipped spacer unbeknown to me. I carried on 'undoing' until I realised.
Thankfully I managed to re-cut the thread on the hub.
It only happens when I give it real beans. If i'm just moseying there isn't a whiff of it.
I did think it may be an idler pulley as it is due a cambelt change soon but I can feel the rumble through the wheel.
It must be drivetrain related.
I already have both cam and aux' belt kits, Do you think he would he fit these as you're not too far away.
I have been quoted £300 just for fitting in the past.
