You've got Dunnington to wait for first I'm afraid, I expect On-Die Memory Controllers for Server architecture to be made available to people towards the middle of next year... I certainly wouldn't hold out for one before Christmas!
Glad someone else noticed that! I mean, part way through the original when you're trying to get into the base on the island, it's properly challenging - there was nothing even close to that!
I <3 the PAX cannon at the end though. Fookin BOOM!

And they're not limited by CPU - I've proven same framerate in both games with 2.6GHz standard clock on i7 and again at 3.6GHz. However swapping the two 4850 (Crossfire-X) for a single 4870X2 proves to be a massive improvement, again at 2.6GHz.
No matter how fast they make these CPUs, gamers...
4.5 apparently, which isn't a mile away from a 15-year-old Audi. However I agree, if it can't take the punishment that's a bit shocking - how do Nissan cope with lending them to the press? As that's all anyone is ever going to do in someone elses car, thrash shite out of it!
Dispicable, but...
Cheers all - paint wasn't so hot when I got it, took some major love and tenderness to get it back to that! It had a fair few tar spots up both doors and rear panels, and it looked like someone had tried to sand them off! But 15 hours in total with a Porter-Cable and 3M Perfect-It pads and...
Yeah!
First time I've posted pics of the little monster - well impressed with it TBH - £35 a year tax, £25 a corner tyres, 65mpg all day long... Far cry away from £200 a weekend in the S2! It handles brilliantly, and does what it says on the tin! Miss Air Conditioning I guess, but that's it!
Yeah, servers tend to have everything that's ever failed on them as a plug in module, as it saves time/money when it goes wrong. Good bit of design IMO, had a VReg go on a PE2850 and it was just a pull out plug in affair and it came back to life!
CPU identifiers need to match (both Xeons of the same generation and number of cores etc) and also if it has seperate VREGs you'll need to get one of those in for it as well.
Penis.
Really, next time you sit next to a car with brakes that say 'Porsche' on them, a turbocharged I5 engine and 3 radiators just to keep the thing cool, maybe trying to race it off the lights isn't a good idea.
Quattro = epic fail in traffic light grand prix. Although he did learn his...

Got to be a Mk5 GTi (Not edition 30 though, the bodykit looks naff!) - and it won't depreciate like a stone like any Renault!
But you know how to use slower systems and maximise performance I suspect - but trying to educate someone who wasn't sure of their processor to do similar is like swimming upstream. Easier to do the inevitable and bin the old system for a spangly one with more go...
Definately get a UK one unless you know someone that can reconfigure the tuner (expensive job IIRC) - best off steering clear IMHO. It's a very reasonable price as it is! :)
Vista is great, ignore the haters. 99% of the people who say it's crap haven't actually sat down and used it, or tried to attack it - they just take for gospel what a hater on the internet says, and it spreads.
We're trialling 2008 Server and Windows Vista at the moment, and it's brilliant...
