You're not missing anything by having blanking plates on the headlight washers - other than a constant dribble and a pool of washer fluid under your front bumper. Disconnected mine on the 182 years ago.

To be fair - the vast majority of people will look at that as 'just' a silver Clio. The LY ones have much more road presence - despite on paper being more numerically common.
