Theyll pick up anything thats on the database, so if the cams have been there for more than a day or two, and youve updated the B2 regularly, youll get a beep.

Had my B2 for about 8 months, its always workes faultlessly. Installed it in the new motor at the weekend, now Im getting laser alerts every 5 minutes. Checked the wiring - everythings kosher. Any idea what it could be?

There have been problems with jacks damaging jacking points in the past, but Ive never heard of a jack failing to lift the car!!

after youve switched the unit on itll say 0000. You use the remote to enter the code. to enter 1234... turn thumbwheel until you see 1 - press MODE (the lower button on the remote) now turn thumbwhell until you see 2 as the second digit - press MODE again.. etc etc until your code is...

Itll rattle less if youve got it mounted firmly - how did you install yours?

Your dealer will be able to tell you the code. Mines on a little print-out stuck in the front of my service book.

Welcome to Cliosport mate. 36,000 mile service isnt too bad. Just choose the one you want and go with the flow. Dont let an impending service put you off buying a good car. Most of the problems you hear about on here are minor niggles - nothing to worry about. The 172 is an awesome car :D

145 - sounds quite a lot. Dont suppose it matters though as long as the cars ok. Mine had 37 on it.

Renault say 6.9 to 62. Its not much lighter than a standard 182.

In our office carpark we have: numerous Dynamiques 2 172 Mk2 2 172 Mk1 1 172 Cup 1 blue valver and thats without mine. 3 of us are Cliosport members!

Inspect paintwork carefully. If its not red, dont buy the car ;)
