...and the sh*t in my glovebox by the sounds of it! Dude, wheres my car! Im going to buy a BMW next time....apparently they give you breakfast and free courtesy cars that dont have 1.2 engines.
Doesnt this fall under the list of things that Royal Mail refuse to accept....

So amazingly sure, they can rebuild it while I wait this evening if they like. I told them when I was collecting it, and they have my number to let me know if they need it longer.....but if I get asked to leave it longer when I get there....it aint gonna be pretty!!
At least with driving the V6 in the ice you get used to exciting handling and it wont catch you out when its mearly wet!
Couldnt agree more with exterminating the scum of society. Was smiling when reading Simons post - shame they usually take down someone or something or someone elses with...
Yes, a tuned 1.7 - 153bhp as standard, but its such a flexible engine and sounds fantastic - proper sl*g pops and bangs!
(and BenR will make it 200bhp if you ask ;))
Like Reebok pumps, only better ;)
Racing pumas were £23k new, which in almost everyones view, was a complete rip-off. But you can now own a 4 year old example for £8k, and sell it for the same in a years time. The insurance is cheaper than a cup or a CTR, and the handling is better.
JayR, if...
Out of the 172 and Civic?
172 = fun handling but french
CTR = boring for a hot hatch, although quick and good build
or (because Ive been waving the flag all evening)....
FRP = amazing handling, proper track-type car, but not good for long journeys! (very very small amount of depreciation) ;)
Theyre not exactly slow either, theyre only 10bhp down on the GTI-6, and I know from B-road blasts with rmmcardal (182) that there isnt much in it unless the road is straight (and therefore boring).
Youre right though, not too many around now. Theyre such an amazing drive, but youll have to...
Have you considered an Ford Racing Puma? ok, so its as expensive as the 172, but its more fun to drive and it will hardly depreciate at all. If you test drive one, you will be hooked!
lol. Good replies :D Fear not, I wasnt thinking of taking mine drifting, but I would be keen to get hold of a 1990s 325i sport with the all-important LSD....
....although Im not sure if funds will allow it while owning the V6 as well, and I think I know which one is more important. One day...
Get it. Youll have a higher power/weight ratio than those lardy R32s ;)
Just make sure its not that price because of any accidents, dodgy history, etc. Like the others say, if it doesnt float your boat, you can sell it for more.
Stupid Renault, they lead you on, saying that theyll have a look at it straight away....and 2 days later youre still waiting! Make sure you write a letter to Renault UK expressing your displeasure with them. You might get some vouchers! :p
Lol, never gonna argue with that ;)
Mines number 69, so perhaps they just got on well at the factory, eh!
(must stop before post gets locked, lol)
Thats ok ;) what number is your car? perhaps they made an agreement to die together! lol
So youre off to Bristol, I hope youve made sure the Renault dealership there is a good one. Thats got to be a priority for any Renault owner! :p
I stopped within a few hundred metres (I was on a main road so I couldnt have pulled over any sooner).
The RTE said it was fine to bring it in as it was, I think because the car was still running fine. The OBD (engine) light simply means there is an error code, I dont think it only applies to...
